Hello there people..today I am sharing Chicken,Tomato,Spinach Spaghetti recipe. Anyways hows your week going on.. I am having kinda mixed feelings about this week.Monday was super hectic as I had to finish lot of assignments before the weekly call with my boss and then in the evening I had to bake a cake for my husband’s birthday next day.I had all the plans ready in my mind but then it started raining heavily here in Delhi and I got stuck in traffic, reached home late. I quickly bought the stuff I needed and started preparing the batter for mud cake.I was all set and I had put the cake inside the oven and the just very next second the power goes off.It was already 7:30 and I was so frustrated. The power came back and again went off and my backup was also not working. My cake collapsed and I had no clue what to do at the ninth hour.It was 11:00 pm by then and I decided to bake the vanilla cake which I made when I had just started baking. It was perfectly baked by 11:30 and pushed it inside the fridge so that it cools down and gets ready for frosting. I quickly frosted it with some nutella and decorated it with some chocolate. It was 11:55 pm and I took a deep breadth looking at the cake.I was surprised how I have done everything in just 1 hour.My husband and all his friends loved the cake and this has been highlight of the week for me as of now 🙂
Now coming back to today’s recipe, my love for Italian food is never ending and I love trying different Italian recipes. So I saw this recipe on Julia’s Album Food blog, which has got so many scrumptious recipes. She made this amazing shrimp, tomato, and spinach pasta in garlic butter sauce and immediately decided to give it a try.So here it is my version “Chicken,Tomato,Spinach Spaghetti,” I absolutely loved it the freshness in this pasta which comes from lemon juice and tomatoes.
This Chicken, Tomato,Spinach Spaghetti is my new favorite as it has got totally new flavours unlike regular pasta recipes. This has a slight tangy taste and tomatoes combined with chicken, seasoned with crushed red pepper make this pasta so tempting. I can go on and on about this but you have to try this to understand what I am talking about.
I love eating pasta and I would love you guys trying my other recipes like Creamy Spinach Pasta , Broccoli & Corn Pasta in White Sauce , Zucchini Pasta in Tomato Basil Sauce. High five for the love for Italian Food !!
